Welcome to Invoice*, a service provided by MatatuHQ ("MatatuHQ", "we", "us", or "our"). Invoice* is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, manage, and track invoices. By accessing and using our services, you ("user", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which govern your access to and use of Invoice*.

Invoice* provides users with the ability to generate, send, and manage invoices. Our services are intended for both personal and business use, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms and the specific subscription plan you have chosen.

The Invoice* platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by MatatuHQ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for a reasonable period of time to allow for reactivation. After this period, we may delete your data. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to keep before account deletion.

MatatuHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Invoice* if you violate these Terms or if your usage poses a security risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Invoice* platform. Your continued use of Invoice* after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MatatuHQ is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association in our jurisdiction.
